HOW TO CUT COSTS

The following opportunities are open to student volunteers only:

1. Refer a friend -- Save Up to $200

• $50 discount is given for every student referral (up to 4 referrals allowed per student).
  
• Discount is applied to the Program Fee only (not deposit).
  
• Referral must register for a session (i.e.: Submit application, Pass phone interview, Adhere to deadlines for deposit and paperwork).
  
• Your referral must travel in the same year as you (May register for any of the available sessions/You do not have to travel in the same session).
  
• Your referral does not have to be a current student (We accept recent graduates/Gap years).

2. Become a team leader (for your session) -- Save Up to $100

• $100 discount is applied to the Program Fee only (not deposit).
• Each session requires 1 team leader
• Duties include: Organizing flight details and relaying all time-sensitive materials to student volunteers prior to the session. Facilitating conversation regarding social event planning prior to the session. Organizing medications/supplies during the session.  Delegating tasks and relaying messages to student volunteers during the sessions.

              
3. Apply for Scholarship -- 25% off Program Fee

• 25% discount off of program fee ("outstanding balance", excluding deposit) -- applied after any referral discounts/team leader discounts.
• One scholarship awarded in each session
• Scholarship opportunity open only to registered students (i.e.. Submit app., Pass phone interview, Adhere to deadlines for deposit/paperwork).
• How to apply: Each registered student volunteer receives a quote to which they must submit a 500-word reflection/essay.

4. Start a Chapter at your School -- 75% off Program Fee
