REFUND POLICY
DEPOSIT:

The 25% deposit is refundable only if your session has been cancelled by iHelp Globally and you are unable to participate in any other session offered by iHelp Globally within 12-months. Should you withdraw your participation voluntarily, your deposit will NOT BE REFUNDED, but it will be transferrable to another session within 12-months of paying deposit.

PROGRAM FEE:

Any payments additional to the 25% deposit are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the first day of your assigned session. In the event you voluntarily withdraw from your assigned session within 30 days of the first day of your assigned session, the payments additional to your 25% deposit are refundable only via Travel Insurance/Trip Cancellation Insurance.

TRANSFERRING SESSIONS:

The 25% deposit is transferred to the session of your choice without any penalties. Any difference in the deposits will be reflected in your outstanding balance (program fee). In the event you have requested a payment-arrangement, please contact your IHG coordinator to request new payment deadlines.
